Two Things

There are 2 things that frustrates me the most right now.
1. When i can't turn my thoughts/ideas into design
2. When inspiration hit me and there are 1001 ideas running through my mind and it got me so excited to 
try out everything that the final piece turns out to be a piece of crappy work because i can't decide on which direction to follow. 
Tsk tsk, too eager, too greedy.

And when one of the above occurs i'm like...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Goodbyes are not the end

Woa, my 4 months of internship ended just like now. It's unbelievable how fast time flies. I would say these 4 months has been nothing but a constant learning experience for me. It open a world of possibilities for me. Hahaha ok it is kinda exaggerating but it's true! It made me view the world and my future differently. I have the tendency to whine about my job scoop as it was quite different from what i learned in school. But deep down, i know that i wouldn't trade it for any other internship offer.

It took weeks of hard work and preparation to make this awards show a successful one, 
possibly one of the most heart-warming and unforgettable night of my life. 
It was a lovely sight to see the winners genuine smile plastered across their face when they 
walked up the stage to receive their well-merited awards.

Goodbye 2013 // Hello 2014

Alright, so i thought i wouldn't make any New Year resolution this year. But as I came back from our annual countdown celebration at Jian Ming's house, while lying on my bed getting ready to sleep, it suddenly hit me that today is the start of a New Year, a New beginning! Time files so fast. I had a flashback of every event that i could remember of in 2013. Ahh.. I realized I need to get out of my comfort zone, because if i'm not gonna do it now, when will I? The thing about me is, i'm always second guessing myself, always afraid, always lazy. Thus, my New Year resolution would be to "TAKE RISK". Get out of my comfort zone. Stop being afraid of failure, judgement and everything. Make my 21 a good one (Well, hopefully... *fingers crossed*). GO FOR THE THINGS I WANT. I foresee 2014 would be a year full of decision making? I have to remind myself to keep an open mind on everything and just do it, go after the things I want.

Before I begin, Merry Christmas! Ho Ho Ho! 

Last night was one helluva fun!! We managed to book a decent hotel (Duxton Hotel) all thanks to Lena!

Shortly after our dinner, it's time for gift exchange!! This activity always got all of us excited. 

This year we had an additional gift exchange (as suggested by Sylvester), which is the ridiculous gift. 

I swear all of us are so freaking noisy, the only time we have a few moments of peace was when the someone is unwrapping their present. After their present was revealed, everyone literally burst out into laughter and shouting their comments out all. 

Ahh, but it was unforgettable. I am the recevier of Kent's ridiculous gift and i got.. a glow in the dark condom. HAHAHAHA 

My secret santa for this year is none other than Jian Ming! For 3 CONSECUTIVE YEARS!! Omgg

I guess he must be sick of buying prezzie for me already.  Hahaha

Our night ended with Lena being slightly drunk and this is me annoying her. 

She's the cutest at this state. Hahaha oops!

I'm so happy for her hehe :') So glad she found her happiness! 

They are so dear to me, like my family. 

What more can I ask for this Christmas? I have my bestest friends with me celebrating the season of love.

Thankful for another celebration with them. It's always a good time, we don't even have to try!
